Violations of house rules — including guest limits, events, pets, smoking, or creating strong or lingering odors — may result in damage-based fees and cancellation of the stay.
The person booking the reservation must be 18 years of age or older, provide valid government-issued ID upon request, and be present for the entire stay.
Reservations made on behalf of under-age guests will be canceled without refund.
Before you leave

Before your final checkout, please make sure the fireplace fan switch by the thermostat is left in the ON position. UP is ON.
If anything breaks or isn’t working during your stay, please let us know so we can fix or replace it before the next guest.
